Hongjoong was born into the royal family of the water fairies, the second son of the queen of the bubble fairies and the king of the naiads. His talent was innate, and he mastered all his powers at the young age of 15. However, at the same time, he meddled in matters that fairies should not: going to the surface and walking on two feet.

Hongjoong was the perfect son, knowing how to handle issues both out of the water and in the big city once the world began to live in harmony.
