Overview

Very little is known about his past and less he remembers about it, probably because of Strictland's control over the people. However, Mingi was there when music wasn't yet banned, making the art his greatest refuge after a 'miserable' life amid a poor family residing in a rural city. Music was the reason he met his friends.

His dream was to be a musician -or, in Korea, an idol-. However, Strictland turned gray, banning the arts once "Z" got control.

The city where he lived changed.

He doesn't know when, but at some point, someone removed his chip, and with his friends, united, they created the Black Pirates organization, becoming known as 'Halateez' (Or so are on his memories. It does't feel like his own, thought)

In this world music, art, and expression are banned in this reality as the government blames emotion for crime and terrorism, favoring logic over creativity. Although material wealth increased, emotional deficiency prevailed.

In response, eight men in techwear and masks formed a street performance group called ‘Black Pirates,’ sparking a resistance. The leaders of said organization are known as Halateez, distinguished by their black suits and fedora hats.

• To quell the rebellion, the government deployed ‘Android Guardians,’ white-clad giants.

• Mingi is part of Halateez, codename is Song.

Strickland:

• Halateez's origin world is a dystopian future ruled by the mysterious "Z"

Black Pirates

• They developed the Black Link, a network accessed through chips implanted under citizens' ears, activated by the Breaker.

• Known members are:
